2. Services
We offer a range of services including, but not limited to:
• Lawn mowing and maintenance
• Landscaping and design
• Fencing installation and repairs
• Garden clearance and seasonal tidy-ups
• Irrigation and planting
A full scope of work and pricing will be agreed upon in writing before services commence.
3. Quotes and Payments
• All quotes are free and valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• A deposit may be required for larger projects or material orders.
• Full payment is due upon completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• We accept payments via bank transfer, cash, or approved card payments.
Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
• Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee to cover lost time or prep costs.
We reserve the right to reschedule services in the event of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Access and Site Conditions
• The client must ensure safe, reasonable access to the property.
• Any delays or additional work due to blocked access, hidden obstacles, or hazardous materials may result in additional charges.
We are not liable for damage to underground utilities not clearly marked prior to work.
6. Materials and Waste
• All materials used remain the property of PeakView until payment is received in full.
• We aim to recycle and dispose of waste responsibly, in line with environmental standards.
7. Guarantees and Liability
• We take pride in our workmanship and strive for 100% satisfaction.
• Certain materials (e.g. timber fencing) may carry supplier warranties.
• We are fully insured, but cannot be held liable for existing damage or structural issues not caused by us.
8. Website Use
All content on our website is the property of PeakView Lawn and Landscaping and may not be copied or used without permission.
We do our best to ensure our website is accurate and up-to-date, but we make no warranties regarding its content or availability.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
